Extension of registration deadline

Hello everyone,

As there have been a lot of confusion about the new change in rules regarding the grouping (please check our previous post), we have decided to extend the deadline of registration to the 28th of August.

Do take this time to form your groups and do invite your fellow friends to join as well!
We look forward to seeing you at this event! :D

Groups formation

Dear everyone,

To extend the experience of SYPC 2009, we are allowing new registrants to form your own groups! That's right. New participants that register from now till 25th of August will be allowed to form their own groups of 4. Furthermore, you and your friends can share one camera among the whole group. Yes, one camera shared among four participants. We embrace the philosophy that friendship can exponentially increase the creative abilities of an individual.

To get started, please head down to www.sypc.co.nr and register as a new participant. In the Name field, please also include the name of the other members in parenthesis. This would allow us to identify the groups you have formed. Please note that all the members of the group will have to register in the same way (register as a new participant and include the names in the parenthesis)

However, you will have to form your own group with friends who have not registered yet. This is because we would like to give an opportunity to the students interested in photography but without a camera. They can join with their friends who have cameras.

If you cannot form a group for yourself, we will arrange for you to be in a random team as the rules stated.
If you form a group but there are not enough 4 people, we will arrange to fill in members for your team.

We hope you will be able to take advantage of this special privilege to include more of your friends in this experience.
Please feel free to drop us an email for any inquiries.
The event will officially start at 9.00 am on the 5th of September. The address of our school is 121 Dover Road, 139650.
We hope to see you there!

Cheers,
ACS(Independent) photographic society
